For the past thirteen years I have built businesses as a network marketer, wood burning artist, web designer, graphic designer, and farmer. I took every type of contract and sale I could get so that I was able to stay home and raise my two children and tend to our farm. I spent the days creating new products, advertising my businesses, collecting eggs, shovelling stalls, tending gardens, and everything in between with my babies on my back, legs, and shoulders.

My photography journey began when I was gifted a professional camera so that I could document my babies as they grew. Those pictures expanded from baby’s first steps to farming, horses, sunsets, scenery, and everything I found to be beautiful. I started solo camping as a personal therapy and began a collection of outdoor photography, trying to document the landscape and magic of Georgian Bay and Northern Ontario.

My landscape photography took a leap in 2021 when I decided to take 2 months to myself and travel across Canada in my jeep, solo. I spent 2 months exploring the West and documenting my journey through photography. My camera became my best friend, my photography became my passion, both waking and healing my soul.
In 2022 I moved with my family across Canada and settled in the Northern Interior Rocky Mountains. We live close to nature in a cabin in the middle of the woods surrounded by crown land. It is quiet, wild, and peaceful.

The world changed after 2020, it impacted everyone in one way or another. One of the greatest gifts I received from having the world turn upside down was the re-connection to nature. Returning to my roots of camping, fishing, being off grid, disconnecting from the busy modern world. Today I still run my graphic design business remotely from the Rockies. I have combined my graphic art and design skills with my nature photography. I love to create and I love to share the magnificence and magic of our planet through photos and stories.
